Mass Production & Export Packing

Recyclable Direction
Shape pouches can be engineered in mono-PE or mono-PP structures to support single-material recycling streams. This helps brands communicate “reduced mixed laminates” and align with retailer sustainability targets. -
Food-Grade Contact
For snacks, candy, baby food purée, or direct-contact applications, we select compliant food-contact layers and seal structures. Compliance documentation can be provided for export markets if required. -
Lightweight, Less Transport Waste
Compared to rigid PET or HDPE bottles, shaped flexible pouches are lighter and ship flat before filling, which can reduce freight volume and secondary packaging needs.
