The manufacturing process of BOPP pearlescent film mainly includes:

Firstly, suitable polypropylene (PP) raw materials are selected, and calcium carbonate and pearl pigments are added.

Then, the PP material is melted and extruded through a narrow die to form sheets or thick films.

Next, the sheets or thick films are stretched longitudinally and transversely at a set temperature and speed. The stretched film undergoes corona treatment to enhance its surface tension.
