Roll stock film is a continuous roll of flexible packaging material, printed or unprinted, designed to be formed, filled and sealed directly on form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging lines. Compared with pre-made pouches, roll stock allows you to create bags and sachets in-line at high speed, helping you reduce material waste and overall packaging cost.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I get trial rolls or free samples?

For many custom printed roll stock structures, the MOQ is usually in the range of several hundred to about 1,000 kg per design, depending on film type, width and printing complexity. As a reference, some of our base films have a typical MOQ of around 1,000 kg per specification.

For new projects, we can support trial rolls and laboratory samples so that you can test film performance on your production line before placing larger orders. Some stock samples can be provided free of charge, while freight and special customisation costs will be discussed case by case.

How long is the lead time for custom printed roll stock film?

Lead time depends on the selected structure, order quantity, printing requirements and current production loading. In many cases, once artwork and technical details are confirmed, production and shipment can be completed within several weeks.
