CPP Anti Fog Film Description

CloudFilm’s CPP anti fog film is produced from food-grade polypropylene (PP) on modern cast film lines. An anti-fog coating is applied to the inner sealing surface so that condensed moisture forms a clear water layer instead of light-scattering droplets.

This design keeps the pack transparent in chilled cabinets, allowing shoppers to see the true colour and freshness of vegetables, fruits and prepared foods. Typical packaging thickness ranges from 25–60 μm, while other gauges can be supplied on request according to your application and line settings.

CPP anti fog film can be used as a mono-layer bag film or as the sealing layer in laminates with films such as BOPP and BOPET, where extra stiffness or barrier is required. For fully polypropylene structures, it can be combined with clear CPP or metallized CPP films.

Compared with oriented films, CPP offers a softer hand-feel and better impact absorption, making it especially suitable for produce bags and tray lidding films that need strong seals without cracking. For projects where you prefer oriented film, CloudFilm can also supply Anti Fog BOPP Film as an alternative.
