CloudFilm operates an integrated flexible packaging plant in Qingdao, China, where we control every key step from film to finished stand up pouches.
Depending on your project, we can start from high-quality BOPP, PET, PA or PE films, carry out printing, lamination and slitting in-house, and finally convert them into pouches on automatic pouch-making lines.
This vertical setup helps us reduce lead time, keep stable quality and react quickly when you need urgent shipments.
Strict Quality Tests For Every Batch
To make sure each batch of stand up pouches meets your requirements, our QC team performs a series of tests during and after production.
Typical tests include film thickness and weight checking, seal strength and heat sealing performance, drop and burst tests, leakage tests for spouted pouches, as well as visual inspections for color consistency, registration, wrinkles and pinholes.
If needed, we can also arrange migration tests and other third-party lab reports according to your local regulations.
Documentation, Traceability And Certificates
Every order is produced under a clear production record and traceability system. We keep detailed data for raw materials, printing inks, production parameters and QC results, so that each carton of pouches can be traced back to its batch.
CloudFilm already holds BRCGS certificates for packaging materials and uses FDA-compliant food contact materials. On request, we can provide COA (Certificate of Analysis), test reports and relevant documents to support your audits and long-term cooperation.
